Nouvago Capital's Perfect Storm triumphs with three top 20 rankings on Billboard 200, U.S.

Nouvago Capital's portfolio company Perfect Storm continues its success with international high chart rankings. The music publisher can today welcome three albums and a total of four songs on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, all in the top 20.

Philip Phillips, the winner of American Idol 2012, debut album The World from the Side of the Moon, with a track written by Perfect Storm's songwriter Peter Amato, enters a third place. The music publisher's first signed songwriter Ali Tamposi has, together with Jörgen Elofsson, David Gamson and Greg Kurstin, written the monster hit Stronger (What Doesn´t Kill You), that now can be found on Kelly Clarksons Greatest Hits Chapter 1. Ali Tamposi has also contributed with two songs to Christina Aguileras Lotus. The albums hit the 11th and 17th chart ranking.

-    It's a remarkable chart that is presented this week and it's of course particularly pleasing that a Swedish music publisher strengthens its international position. We are delighted about the successes, together with everyone involved, says Patrik Sventelius, VD Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

-    Perfect Storm's high chart rankings are a result of successful collaborations between some of the greatest artist of our time and very talented songwriters. Our objective is to continue attracting new young songwriters and provide a broad platform with the possibility to act at the international market, says Robin Godfrey-Cass, co-founder Perfect Storm Music Group.
